Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

TrackMacros is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users younger than 13 may not create or use an account. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use TrackMacros only when permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. General Wellness, Not Medical Advice

TrackMacros is a general nutrition and wellness product for informational use. It is not a medical device or a healthcare service, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, fitness, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, medication, or treatment. TrackMacros is not for use in emergencies; if you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

3. AI Features and Their Limitations

AI Coach and other AI-assisted features are automated systems, not a person or a healthcare professional. They can produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. They are provided for general informational support only and are not professional advice. Do not rely on them for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or decisions that require professional care.

4. Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Nutrition values, photo-based food recognition, portion estimates, and weight or progress projections are estimates and may be wrong. Review and correct entries before relying on them. Weight projections show a possible path based on your inputs; actual results vary and are not a guarantee or a medical recommendation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use TrackMacros for unlawful activity.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features, if offered, are sold as subscriptions billed through the applicable app store (Apple or Google). The product, duration, renewal, any trial, and price are presented at the point of purchase. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period at the stated price. You manage renewals, cancellations, and refunds through the app store, subject to its billing policies.

Deleting your TrackMacros account does not cancel an app store subscription. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings before or in addition to deleting your account.

7. Account Deletion vs. Subscription Cancellation

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Sign-in & Security → Delete Account) or as described on our Privacy Policy. Account deletion removes your account and associated data as described there. It is separate from, and does not perform, subscription cancellation (see Section 6).

8. Our Intellectual Property

TrackMacros, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by ZenPulse Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and website for their intended personal purpose, subject to these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

TrackMacros relies on third-party services to function, including the Apple App Store and Google Play, cloud and AI providers, and connected devices such as Withings if you choose to link them. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We may update features, suspend access, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request a copy of your data by email as described in our Privacy Policy; this request is handled manually.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMacros is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice; continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms on a going-forward basis.
